DESCRIPTION:Ximena Violante and Friends \nIn-Person Event \nEverybody is welcome to join our fandango at Esperanza – a celebration of traditional son jarocho music from Mexico – think somewhere between jam session and bomba celebration\, except with guitars and percussive dancing.  Bring an acoustic instrument\, bring your voices\, and get ready to learn more about this tradition with roots in indigenous\, African\, and Spanish cultures. \nOpen to all ages and levels of musical experience.
