DESCRIPTION:TEATRO ESPERANZA \n3/21/26\, 3:00pm\n$15 General Admission\, Free for Students & Seniors (60+) \nThe most recognized singer from the Colombian Pacific coast\, winner of the Shock Award\, and Latin Grammy nominee Nidia Góngora builds bridges between the traditional music of her native Timbiquí (Cauca) other world genres. \nPart of VOCES: EAC’s VOCES series spotlights a different facet of Latin American culture and traditions each season. This year’s VOCES Series will feature indigenous cultural traditions from Latin America and the Caribbean. \nFood and Beverages are available for sale in the Teatro lobby courtesy of EAC’s official concession partner Helados Chupi Chupi. \nThis engagement of Nidia Gongora is made possible in part through the Mid Atlantic Tours program of Mid Atlantic Arts with support from the National Endowment for the Arts in collaboration with Ibermusicas.
